Kalynn Chambers is thrilled to make her V-Day debut! She is a North Carolina native who recently starred in Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo, Live! at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, D.C. Jeanine Denning has loved acting since childhood and enjoys entertaining audiences.  Most recently, She has participated in The Cary Players, Cary Playwrights Forum, independent plays and stage readings. Jeanine is married to Mark, has 2 grown children and has lived in Cary for over 20 years.

Shannon K. Helton is thrilled to be working with this fantastic organization after a 10 year hiatus from the stage. She received her BA in Theatre from UNCW. Favorite credits include Honky Tonk Angels, Jesus Christ Superstar, Frankenstein, Swing! The Musical, and The Nerd.

Mia M. Johnson is a full time instructor at Wake Tech in the Health and Fitness Sciences Department, with a Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotions. She chose to become an instructor because she has a passion for the educational component of teaching. Mia has no prior experience in theater and is grateful for the opportunity The Vagina Monologues has given her to perform and work with an amazing group of women.

Judy McCord has embraced the creative arts in her retirement from public education, learning to paint, build puppets and costumes, write, and act. She is grateful for the support of her husband, Mac, and the encouragement of folks in the Triangle theatre community.

Tia Scriven is a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina of Wilmington and new to the area! Being on the stage has been a passion and Tia has found a new home and community here in Raleigh. Tia has worked as a princess character performer, voice actor, and spoken word poet.

Heather Smith is a 46-year-old female with zero prior training or experience in theater! Her vivacious attitude towards life and zest for spreading laughter cannot be contained! She spends her days nurturing the youth teaching while steadfastly working towards her dream job as a nail polish namer.

Nan L. Stephenson, actor, director, historian, teacher, and member of Screen Actors’ Guild (SAG-AFTRA), has taught students from five years old to 80+. She has done film, television, print and voice work, in addition to working professionally with theatre companies in Louisiana, Ohio, Michigan, Nebraska, and North Carolina.
